Virtual Assets are generally not backed by any government or central bank, and your accounts are not protected by traditional deposit insurance (such as FDIC or SIPC).

You acknowledge that you use our Services entirely at your own risk. We do not provide investment, financial, tax, or legal advice. All transactions are final and irreversible.

3. Anti-Money Laundering (AML) & Know Your Customer (KYC)

As a provider of Virtual Asset services, we strictly enforce Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Counter-Terrorism Financing (CTF), and Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations.

  • Identity Verification: Before using certain features, you will be required to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information, which may include government-issued ID, proof of address, and source of funds documentation.

  • Monitoring & Reporting: We reserve the right to monitor your transactions and block, freeze, or terminate your account if we suspect any fraudulent, illegal, or suspicious activity. We will cooperate fully with relevant law enforcement and financial regulatory bodies.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Virtual Asset Provider, its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of use, loss of Virtual Assets, or other intangible losses resulting from:

  • Your use of or inability to use the Services.

  • Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data.

  • System failures, blockchain network forks, hacks, software bugs, or network congestion.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Services.
